| Instructions |
| 1. Cut a 11.5-x-11.5-inch piece of the Botanica Flower Stalks (vine side). Ink edges with black ink. Attach in the center of the brown cardstock. |
| 2. Cut a 10.5-x-10.5-inch of the Botanica Flower Stalks (flower side). Using your photo-editing software, create a document the same size as the piece cut above (10.5-x-10.15-inches). Apply a scalloped-looking frame around the edges of this document and computer journal on the lower portion of this document. Print the frame and journaling on the patterned paper. Ink the edges with black ink. Attach in the center of the Botanica Flower Stalks (vine side). |
| 3. Cut a 10.5-x-4-inch piece of black cardstock and attach approximately 2.75-inches from the top of the Botanica Flower Stalks (flower side). |
| 4. Using your photo-editing software, apply a soft white-colored brush to your photo, around the edges. Photo is sized approximately 5.5-x-3.75-inches. Print photo and attach to the left side of the black cardstock. |
| 5. Using the Cricut and Going Places cartridge, cut a family sign, forkknife sign, and a house sign at 1.5-inches, from the flower side of Botanica Awning Stripe. Attach to the right side of the black cardstock as shown. |
| 6. Using the Cricut and Printing Press cartridge, cut TGIF using the character shadow feature at sizes of 2.5-inches (T and G) and 2-inches (I and F) from the striped side of Botanica Awning Stripe. Attach to the right side of the black cardstock as shown. |
| 7. Using the Cricut and Fabulous Finds cartridge, cut a 1.5-inch tab#5 shadow from the brown cardstock. Then cut its insert from the flower side of Botanica Awning Stripe. Using the alpha stamps/black ink, stamp journaling on insert. Fold over the tab and attach the insert on top of the tab. Attach to layout as shown adding the orange felt flower on top of the hole. |
| 8. Using your black pen, "scribble" on the sides, above the seams of the patterned paper, as shown. Ink around the brown cardstock. |
