| Instructions |
| 1. Cut white cardstock into 8.5x11. Cut red cardstock so that it is slightly larger than the white, tear on left side. Adhere white paper over the red. |
| 2. Cut corners out of blue and green cardstock and adhere on the top left and bottom right edges of the white paper. |
| 3. Use Coluzzle to cut out stars of varying sizes and colors. |
| 4. Adhere along left side of layout, some below and some on top of picture. |
| 5. Use Coluzzle to cut out title. Make sure to use different colors of cardstock. Adhere along right side of layout. |
| 6. Use Coluzzle to cut out rectangle title holder, and adhere along bottom of title. |
| 7. Place chipboard letters to complete title. |
| 8. Journal with black pen along the edges of layout. |
