Provo Craft to Add Some Color with the Cricut Script Personal Electronic Cutter™
 Spanish Fork, UT May 4, 2007 Provo Craft™, innovators of the revolutionary Cricut cutting system, are now proud to introduce the Cricut Script Personal Electronic Cutter™, a new version of the original Cricut machine, and seven coordinating Cricut Color inks. These exciting new products, sold exclusively through QVC, allow users to draw as well as cut with the Cricut machine.
The Cricut Script machine accepts a customized ink holder that is inserted into the blade assembly, allowing users to draw letters, shapes, and phrases up to 5.5" tall and 11.5" long. With this imaginative new machine, users get all the convenient cutting abilities of the original Cricut machine, as well as new drawing options. The machine accepts the 6" x 12" Cricut cutting mats and all the new and existing Cricut cartridges, allowing users to draw or cut all of the Cricut shapes and letters they love.
The Cricut Color inks are available in seven colors: Rose, Tide Pool, Thistle, Kiwi, Butter, Cocoa, and Black Raven. Excluding Black Raven, these ink colors will be sold only through QVC. The inks are acid free, light fast, waterproof, and of archival quality. The body of the machine is green and beige, adding a splash of color to the original version.
This QVC exclusive set comes with the Cricut Printing Press™ font cartridge, the Cricut Cuttin Up™ font cartridge (exclusively sold through QVC), seven Cricut Color inks, one 6" x 12" cutting mat, the blade assembly, and the instruction booklets. The Cricut Script machine measures 17" x 7" x 7", the same as the original Cricut Personal Electronic Cutter. A handle on top makes the machine perfectly portable and ideal for home, school, or work projects.
The creative Cricut Script machine and the seven Cricut Color inks will be available through QVC starting May 5, 2007.
