The "GET-ONE, GIVE-ONE" PROMOTIONAL OFFER AND CLASSROOM DESIGN CHALLENGE OFFICIAL RULES

The following promotion and contest is intended for viewing in the United States (except Puerto Rico) and Canada only (except Quebec) and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not participate in the Promotion and/or Contest if you are not a resident of, and located, in the United States (except Puerto Rico) or Canada (except Quebec) at the time of entry, or if you do not agree to these Official Rules. Your participation in the Promotion and/or Contest will be deemed an acceptance of a contract between you and Provo Craft & Novelty, Inc., the terms of which are these Official Rules. Provo Craft and Novelty, Inc. is the Sponsor of the GET-ONE, GIVE-ONE PROMOTIONAL OFFER AND CLASSROOM DESIGN CHALLENGE. The Sponsor may alter, or otherwise amend these rules at the sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor is the final arbiter as to any conflict or dispute as to the meaning or purpose of these Rules.

To Participate in the “Get-One, Give-One” promotion: For a limited time, and while supplies last, purchase a Cricut Expression® or Yudu™ at a participating Michaels® store and fill out the “Get-One, Give-One” Promotional Entry Form.

Identify a school which you wish to be the recipient of a Cricut Expression or Yudu. Submit the form displayed from August 1st to August 31, 2010 with Cricut Expression and Yudu products at Michael’s stores. Follow the instructions on the form and Provo Craft will ship a Cricut Expression or Yudu to the school of your choice. Allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery. Promotion submissions must be postmarked by September 15, 2010 to qualify. Submission form must be accompanied by the original Cricut Expression or Yudu UPC Symbol and a copy of the Michaels receipt showing the qualifying purchase. Entry forms must be complete and legible in order to qualify for the promotion. Entries become the property of the Sponsor upon submission and will not be returned. For purposes of this Promotion and Contest, a school is defined as a public or private institution established for the primary purpose of elementary and/or secondary level education in the United States and/or Canada. In the event of uncertainty, Provo Craft shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether an institution qualifies, under this Promotion, as a school. While Provo Craft does foresee a tax obligation for the recipient school as a result of this donation, the recipient is responsible for any tax obligations that may arise through receipt of the donated Cricut Expression or Yudu. The recipient should consult its tax professional for further information. If the recipient of the Cricut Expression or Yudu does not wish to accept the donated Cricut Expression, the institution should contact Cricut Customer Service at 1-877-727-4288 within thirty (30) days of receipt to arrange for the return of the Cricut Expression at Provo Craft’s expense.

The Promotion is subject to federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited. To Participate in the Classroom Design Makeover Challenge:

To Enter: Submit a completed Cricut Expression or Yudu designed project. This project should demonstrate your school spirit. All entries must include a high quality digital photograph of the project on white background and detailed project instructions. In order to submit your entry, email a project photo (no more than 3MB), project instructions, project category, designer’s name, email, and phone to classroomdesignchallenge@provocraft.com.

Your submission enters you for a chance to win the Grand Prize of a classroom creativity makeover valued at approximately $ 2,595. The contest begins at 12:00 p.m. MST on 09/01/2010, the design challenge ends at and all entries must be received by 12:00 p.m. MST 12/15/2010.

Submission files will be accepted as one of the following submission types: Images: up to 3 images (jpeg, gif, or png). The total submission must be no more than 3MB and include a written description of the project. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By submitting an entry, entrant affirms that the entry does not violate any third party intellectual property rights, including trademark, copyright and patent rights, as well as moral rights. Your submission of the entry constitutes your assignment of the above described rights to the Sponsor.

2. Eligibility: The contest is open to schools located in the U.S. (except Puerto Rico) and Canada (except Quebec). Employees of Michaels Stores, Inc. and/or Provo Craft & Novelty, Inc., and their respective affiliates, agencies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law or regulation. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Submissions can be disqualified if the submission either subjects the submitter or the Sponsor to legal jeopardy or compromises the Sponsor’s good will and reputation, intellectual property or trade secret interests. This includes words or imagery that are sexually charged or suggestive, that depict acts of violence or cruelty, that attack or disparage or present in a false light any individual or group of people, that are otherwise vile, nasty or otherwise uncivil, that makes false performance claims about the Sponsor’s products and technologies, or that use the likeness, words, or other intellectual property of a third party or celebrity (for example, a movie star, rock star, or company) without appropriate permission to do so.

3. Judging: All entries will be first evaluated to the use of Cricut Expression or Yudu personal screen printer to show their “School Spirit”. Only projects which are properly submitted will be considered valid entries. Provo Craft will provide a panel of five judges. This panel of judges will evaluate all approved projects on January 15, 2011 and select winning schools. Winners will be announced January 28, 2011 by 5:00 p.m. MST. Any photos of Design Challenge projects submitted as a part of this contest become, and shall remain, the sole property of Provo Craft.

4. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified on or about January 28, 2011 by Provo Craft. The potential prize winners will be notified by e-mail to the address provided during entry. Follow-up documentation, including an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, will be sent by regular mail. Potential winner must respond to their e-mail notifications within 7 days of receipt, or be disqualified. The follow-up documentation must be completed, notarized, returned, and received by the Sponsor within 7 days of the date mailed to the potential winner. If the completed documentation is not received within those 7 days, an alternate winner will be selected. If prize notification is not responded to or any prize is released as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. Entering an incorrect or incomplete e-mail address in the registration process, or failing to meet the eligibility requirements above, will result in contest disqualification. By accepting any prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use its entry, name, photographs and descriptive information in any and all media for advertising/promotional purposes.

5. Prizes: Four (4) Classrooms will be determined the winners and will receive a Design Classroom Makeover. Prize includes one (1) Cricut Imagine Machine, twelve (12) Imagine Art Cartridges, twelve (12) Imagine Pattern Cartridges, one (1) Cuttlebug Machine, ten (10) assorted Cuttlebug Embossing Folders, one (1) YourStory Book Binder and Laminator machine, and an assortment of thirty (30) YourStory Binders. Winners are responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from participation, or winning the contest.

6. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or entries that are lost due to computer, Internet, or electronic malfunction. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify contest and award the prize through an alternate means if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entrants agree that the Sponsor, its promotion partners, related companies, agencies, and their respective employees or officers shall not be liable for injury, losses, damages, or costs of any kind resulting from participation in this contest or acceptance of or use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. These Official Rules may be modified, at any time, in the sole discretion of the contest Sponsor.

7. Winner List: For the name of the Grand Prize Winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: 10876 River Front Parkway, South Jordan, UT 84095. Do not send entries of other correspondence to this address. Residents of Canada do not have to include a stamped envelope. Request must be received no later than January 28, 2011.
