ALL Entries become the property of Provo Craft for use in future promotional materials and WILL NOT be returned.

Thank you for your interest in our contest. Submitting an entry is very simple. But, before you begin, we require that you read and understand the official rules and regulations of the contest available at www.provocraft.com. To enter, obtain a validated Masterpiece Contest Entry form from any participating Independent Cricut Retailer or print a Masterpiece Contest Entry form available at www.provocraft.com/contest and take the form to any participating Independent Cricut Retailer for proper validation. Then, mail your project, the validated and completed entry form and appropriate completed model release form(s) if applicable, to Masterpiece Contest · 151 East 3450 North · Spanish Fork, Utah 84660 Please ensure that you complete a Model Release form for everyone whose image appears in your project (Model Release forms are available for download at www.provocraft.com/contest).
